Returns & exchanges

You can request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and have all original tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, open your order (from My account, or the link in your order confirmation) and tap “Return or exchange”. Choose the items, the reason, and whether you'd like a refund or a different size or colour. We'll review your request within 1–2 working days and arrange a pickup.

Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and check the item. COD refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI.

For hygiene reasons, innerwear and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned. Sale items can be exchanged for size only.
